1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Dividend Hunting website and service ("the Platform"), operated by Oli Consulting LTD, based in Ireland, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Dividend Hunting Platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform

2.1 Intellectual Property Rights

The proprietary metrics (including but not limited to Recovery Rate, Recovery Analytics, Quality Score, Hunting Score, and AI-powered Predictions) and AI predictive models are the exclusive intellectual property of Oli Consulting LTD. You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the algorithms or models
• Use, copy, or redistribute our proprietary AI signals, rankings, or performance data
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary scores and predictions
• Use our data or models to train competing systems
• Claim ownership of or publicly distribute our research methodologies
• Share API keys, credentials, or proprietary data with unauthorized third parties

Violation of intellectual property rights will result in immediate legal action and account termination.

3. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: Dividend Hunting is a research and analysis tool designed to provide financial data and educational information. It is NOT investment advice, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.

4. Limitation of Liability

Oli Consulting LTD and Dividend Hunting will not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Investment losses or poor trading decisions
• Data inaccuracies or delays
• Market movements or volatility
• Technical errors or service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Actions taken based on information from our Platform

By using Dividend Hunting, you assume all responsibility for investment decisions and acknowledge that financial markets carry substantial risk.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not engage in any unlawful or unauthorized activities
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Platform's functionality
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Use the Platform solely for personal investment research

5.1 API Usage, Data Export & Model Access

If your plan includes API access, you agree to:

• Respect rate limits and quota restrictions associated with your subscription tier
• Not share your API keys with third parties or use them to access via shared accounts
• Not use APIs to scrape the entire database, train competing models, or export proprietary scores at scale
• Not redistribute backtesting results or AI predictions to users outside your organization
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompose, or extract the underlying logic of our AI models

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of API access and account termination. Oli Consulting LTD reserves the right to monitor API usage patterns for compliance.

6. Data Accuracy, Backtests & Predictions

While we strive for accuracy, our Platform includes multiple types of information, each with different limitations:

Third-Party Market Data

• Stock prices, dividend amounts, and market information are sourced from external providers
• We do NOT guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness
• Historical data may be incomplete or subject to corrections

Proprietary Historical Scores

• Hunting Score and similar metrics measure PAST performance patterns
• They describe "what happened historically," not "what will happen next"
• A stock with "80% historical recovery rate" or with "0.7 recovery days on average" does NOT mean the next dividend will repeat the pattern.

Backtested Simulations

• Hypothetical earnings from past strategies (see Section 6.1)
• Do not account for real-world costs, taxes, or execution risk

AI Predictions

• AI Signal disclaimers (see Section 6.2)
• Probabilistic estimates with inherent limitations and failure rates

Summary: You acknowledge that all Platform data, scores, backtests, and AI Predictions are research and educational tools. They are NOT guarantees of future performance, and you assume full responsibility for all investment decisions.

6.1 Backtesting & Historical Simulations

Purpose: Our backtesting tools simulate what would have happened in the past (e.g., "If you had captured dividends in January 2023, you would have earned $X"). These are educational tools to understand strategy potential.

Important Backtesting Disclaimers:

• No Hindsight Bias: Backtested results do NOT use perfect historical knowledge. They only look at the prediction results recorded before ex-date, then evaluate what actually happened to display the result.
• Not Forward-Looking: Past results do NOT predict future performance. Markets change, dividend policies change, companies fail.
• Assumptions: Backtests assume:
  • Perfect execution (you bought/sold at assumed prices)
  • Zero trading costs, taxes, or slippage
  • Any event (market crashes, company bankruptcies) is counted in, not excluded.
• Strategy Comparison Only: Use backtests to compare strategies (e.g., "Dividend Capture vs. DRIP vs. Buy & Hold"), not to predict individual stock results.

You acknowledge that backtested earnings projections are for educational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for investment decisions.

6.2 AI Signal Disclaimers

AI signals are probabilistic estimates based on market data analysis. They indicate likelihoods, not certainties.

• Success rates (e.g. 97%) reflect historical performance and include partial recoveries
• Miss rates represent actual losses; no system is 100% accurate, specially not in the stock market.
• Signals may change with new data or market conditions. Predictions are updated every day.

You acknowledge AI signals are educational tools, not guarantees. All trading risk is yours alone.

7. Market Risk Disclaimer

Financial markets are inherently unpredictable. Investment in stocks, ETFs, and other securities involves:

• Market Risk: Securities prices fluctuate based on market conditions
• Volatility Risk: Rapid price movements may occur
• Liquidity Risk: You may not be able to sell at desired times
• Company Risk: Individual companies may underperform or fail
• Economic Risk: Broader economic conditions affect all markets

Dividend Hunting cannot predict, prevent, or be held responsible for any adverse market events.

8. Termination of Service

Oli Consulting LTD reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Suspicious or unauthorized account activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Maintenance or technical issues

8.1 Subscriptions, Refunds & Cancellation

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly/annual) basis.

• You may cancel anytime to prevent future billing
• No refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription, except where required by EU consumer law (14-day cooling-off period applies to EU residents)
• Tier Downgrade: Downgrading plans (e.g., Pro → Free) takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle

9. Modifications to Terms

Oli Consulting LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ireland.
